This app has to be thee most old dated, I don't know what you want me to update when you sent me a notification. Anyways! Having to wait for items to be delivered one by one is rubbish! Very time-consuming. Having to log in a million times when you want to be notified about an item that is out of stock has been restocked. The app crashes a million times before you check out. Very annoying!!!!!

The products and app are lovely, however after sale's services and logging returns is unreliable stressful and problematic. I had to follow up on a refund a month after the product was returned, they still hadn't even processed it until I followed up. In another order I requested a return, multiple issues and 20 day's later it is still an unresolved issue. Most disappointing service

Nightmare shopping on Bash. Wait for delivery and wait even more to return items. Cannot log return on App. Long process of emails back/forth. Bash won't assist with courier queries. Even more emails back/forth. You will end up with unwanted items you can't return. Terrible online shopping experience which should be quick and painless!
